This book is part of the Doors to the Past Series.  It was set in Mackinac Island, which is a place that I long to visit.  I enjoyed the characters of Lily and Willa, but the story did not pull me in as much as I would have liked.   I received a complimentary copy of this book from Barbour Publishing and was under no obligation to post a review.

  This book was such a fun book and something that I have never read before.  It was so interesting to go behind the scenes at a publishing house and also to think about what authors go through as they try to have their books published.  This is such a sweet, easy read and the characters are so much fun too.  I particularly enjoyed Olivia, Will and Savannah. My goodness!  This book had me turning the pages as fast as I could to see what would happen next.  This is definitely a must read if you enjoy a suspenseful novel.  The characters of Hunter and Delaney were just awesome as well as Pastor James.   I received a complimentary copy of this book.
