All Our Beautiful Goodbyes by Julianne MacLean

This book had a very introspective feel to it compared to the author's previous books.  The story was interesting but there was a lot of heartache within the pages.  I particularly enjoyed the wild horses in the story. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the arc.  The opinions are my own.

Ambush by Colleen Coble

Such a great setting for this romantic suspense book!  The Sanctuary is home to exotic animals but Paradise is hoping that it will be home to her as she confronts her past.  Blake is doing the noble thing by coming home to help his mom and brothers but comes alongside Paradise to help discover all of the attacks on the Sanctuary.   My favorite characters were Jenna, Levi and Isaac.  Those little boys were so sweet!    Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the arc.  The opinions are my own.

The Perfect Rom-Com by Melissa Ferguson

This author always has a way to bring a smile to my face with her storytelling. I loved getting a glimpse into the fictional world of book publishing.   Bryony was a character who put her family and her job first and it showed in everything she did.  I loved her sister, Gloria, and how she knew how to encourage her in whatever situation she was in.  Jack was an interesting character who the reader wanted to get behind.   Thanks to netgalley and Thomas Nelson fiction for the arc.  The opinions are my own.

Wrangling the Wandering Rancher by Jody Hedlund

I loved reading the story of Tanner!  He struggles so much and he wonders about his beginnings and his biological family.  When his friend Maisy is struggling, he does all he can to provide support to her.  Maisy isn't always willing to accept the help which produces lots of fireworks and fun banter.  Smoke was such a wonderful character and a faithful companion.   Thanks so much to Bookfunnel and the publisher for the arc.  The opinions are my own.

A Wife for the Rancher by Jody Hedlund

Such a great story!  I love how the characters evolved throughout the story.  In particular, Ryder has a tough exterior and to see his character change throughout the story was sweet to witness.   Genevieve also changed throughout the story and gained strength and independence.  I wanted to snuggle up with little Boone ;) Thanks to Bookfunnel and the publisher for the arc.  The opinions are my own.
