This is such a beautifully illustrated book that allows kids to identify and celebrate the shade (hue) of their skin.  I look forward to using this book with my 3 year old when he gets a little bit older in order to be able to understand a little bit more about his background!

No Romancing the Passengers by Lee Wimmer

 I enjoyed the mystery and suspense in this book.  I also enjoyed the idea behind the cruise and how the passengers all enjoyed each other.   The stuff about dream walking was different for me and gave me something to think about.  There is another book after this one so everything is not tied up neatly at the end.  I enjoyed the characters Miguel, Mike and Willie.
