This is a new to me author and definitely won't be the last book that I read by her!!


Damaris comes to Texas to take care of her orphaned nephew, Nate, but he is not happy about his aunt coming.  There are definitely problems on the ranch as it appears that someone desperately wants the land and Nate is not willing to give it up. 


Luke is hired by a neighbor to find out why his cows are missing and he thinks young Nate could be involved.


This was a great story and kept me turning the pages to find out how the mystery is solved!

No Romancing the Passengers by Lee Wimmer

 I enjoyed the mystery and suspense in this book.  I also enjoyed the idea behind the cruise and how the passengers all enjoyed each other.   The stuff about dream walking was different for me and gave me something to think about.  There is another book after this one so everything is not tied up neatly at the end.  I enjoyed the characters Miguel, Mike and Willie.
