The Swindler's Daughter by Stephenia H. McGee

 This is my first time reading anything by this author and I look forward to checking out more of her books in the future.


There was an element of mystery in this story that has the reader continuing to turn the pages.  I really enjoyed the wisdom of the character Melanie.  I also enjoyed the resilience of the characters in the story

No Romancing the Passengers by Lee Wimmer

 I enjoyed the mystery and suspense in this book.  I also enjoyed the idea behind the cruise and how the passengers all enjoyed each other.   The stuff about dream walking was different for me and gave me something to think about.  There is another book after this one so everything is not tied up neatly at the end.  I enjoyed the characters Miguel, Mike and Willie.
