The Year of Goodbyes and Hellos by Kelly Irvin

 This is a well written novel about the highs and lows of a family affected by a cancer diagnosis.  It's such a serious and difficult topic but told in such a sweet way and from the perspective of the patient and the oncologist.   Sherri and Chance were my favorite characters in the story.

No Romancing the Passengers by Lee Wimmer

 I enjoyed the mystery and suspense in this book.  I also enjoyed the idea behind the cruise and how the passengers all enjoyed each other.   The stuff about dream walking was different for me and gave me something to think about.  There is another book after this one so everything is not tied up neatly at the end.  I enjoyed the characters Miguel, Mike and Willie.
