The Island We Left Behind by Kate Hewitt

This is the 4th book in this series and it was again fun to be reunited with characters from Amherst Island.  Ellen and Lucas are living in the midst of the time of the Great Depression.  Lucas is involved in the financial end of things and it becomes very difficult for the family.  I enjoyed the characters in the story!

No Romancing the Passengers by Lee Wimmer

 I enjoyed the mystery and suspense in this book.  I also enjoyed the idea behind the cruise and how the passengers all enjoyed each other.   The stuff about dream walking was different for me and gave me something to think about.  There is another book after this one so everything is not tied up neatly at the end.  I enjoyed the characters Miguel, Mike and Willie.
