The Baker's Secret by Lelita Baldock

 War forces people to make choices that deeply impact their lives and the loves of those around them.  WWII in Latvia is something I have never read about.  The assault that took place their on multiple fronts was heinous.  Again the resiliency of the people shines through as they seem to do their best amidst challenging circumstances.

No Romancing the Passengers by Lee Wimmer

 I enjoyed the mystery and suspense in this book.  I also enjoyed the idea behind the cruise and how the passengers all enjoyed each other.   The stuff about dream walking was different for me and gave me something to think about.  There is another book after this one so everything is not tied up neatly at the end.  I enjoyed the characters Miguel, Mike and Willie.
